How to automatically communicate your billing series
How is series communication carried out?

In the menu Configuration → Series, you can view the available series:

Option 1:

Automatic communication can be carried out by clicking the 'GENERATE VALIDATION CODE' button when you have an open document that lacks a series validation code.
Above the document, you will receive a notification indicating the missing validation code, whenever the series has not yet been communicated for the created document type - so that you never forget this step.

If the code is successfully issued, the document will remain open without the notification.
If not, you will be redirected either to series management or to the configuration of the Tax Authority connection, depending on the error.

Option 2:

Automatic series communication can also be triggered by clicking the icon to access the series information (as is done for manual series communication).
You should then click on the icon corresponding to the desired document type and confirm your intention by clicking the 'Ok' button. The code will be obtained, and editing will be locked automatically.

To set up Tax Authority Portal access credentials so that the Webservice can perform automatic series communication, go to the 'Settings' tab in your weoInvoice account configuration.

In the Automatic Webservice Communication section, select the 'Series' option and enter the username and password created specifically for this purpose on the Tax Authority Portal:
